You can request deletion of your AirPay account and the personal data associated with it at any time. AirPay uses Google and Apple sign-in only — there is no password and no web login — so deletion requests are made by email.
How to request deletion
The easiest way is the pre-filled email below. It opens your mail app with everything ready — just add the email address linked to your account and send.
Email us to delete my accountOr do it manually:
- Email us at admin@airpay.global
- Use the subject line "User would like to delete their account"
- In the body, include the email address linked to your account so we can find it
We'll confirm by email once your request has been processed.
What happens to your data
- Your name, username, and profile picture.
- The email address linked to your account.
- Your account profile and sign-in connection.
Transaction records — the amount, date, counterparties, and wallet address — are permanent financial records and cannot be deleted. We retain them as required to meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations that apply to payment services.
Your personal details are removed from these records, which are attributed to "Deleted User."
Revoke app access yourself
You can also disconnect AirPay from your sign-in provider directly:
- Google: Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services → AirPay → Remove access.
- Apple: Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → AirPay → Stop using Apple ID.
Revoking access disconnects sign-in, but to delete your stored personal data please also email us using the steps above.
